Who.
Anthra-Andromda is his given name. While Anthra was placed on your planet some 62 of your years ago (April 1947), he is to us a small child (approximately equivalent  to one of your 18 month old toddlers). He has grown in your environment and developed mostly traditional human values, and received a traditional human education (he has the equivalent education of a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science). Anthra has also worked in your emerging computer industry as a software engineer for nearly 40 of your years. He has also served in your armed forces.

Anthra is an important 'asset' to our people. He represents the hopes and aspirations of our great empire.
